Hi, I’m Brittnie Jones, the CEO and founder of Troop Services. Helping others has always been at the core of who I am, and that’s what inspired me to build a company where customer service and satisfaction always come first. I believe that when you call for HVAC service, you should be met with honesty, reliability, and a team that truly cares—and that’s exactly what we provide at Troop Services.

I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2016, but some of the most important lessons in my life came from my time in the U.S. Army, where I served as a distinguished war veteran. My military experience shaped me in ways I’ll always be grateful for, teaching me the values of hard work, integrity, and putting others before myself. These are the same values I bring into my business every single day.

At Troop Services, we don’t just fix HVAC systems—we build relationships with our customers. Whether it’s a simple repair, a full system installation, or routine maintenance, I want every customer to feel confident that they’re in good hands. Your home’s comfort matters, and so does the trust you place in us to take care of it.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and three beautiful children. Owning and running Troop Services is more than just a job—it’s my way of continuing to serve my community, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work we do.

As a highly experienced HVAC technician, I’ve spent years working in the industry, mastering the skills needed to diagnose, repair, and install heating and cooling systems with precision and care. My experience has shown me firsthand how essential a reliable HVAC system is for families and businesses, which is why I make it my mission to ensure every customer receives top-quality service they can depend on.

At Troop Services, I oversee the daily operations, ensuring that our team delivers honest, high-quality HVAC solutions with professionalism and integrity. My goal is to make sure that every family we work with feels safe, comfortable, and valued, knowing they have a team that truly cares.
